Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the full cancellation terms at the time of booking and considering travel insurance for added flexibility.
When will I receive check-in information?
Check-in details, arrival instructions, and access information are typically sent a few days prior to arrival after all required rental agreements, payments, and pre-arrival steps have been completed.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be available depending on scheduling and property availability. If approved, the fee is $50 from September 15 through March 15, and $100 from March 16 through September 14. We’re always happy to accommodate requests whenever possible.
What is included with my stay?
Each Low Tide Retreats stay includes thoughtfully selected essentials to help you settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats are provided, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and a trash bag in each trash can.
For added peace of mind, every reservation also includes accidental damage protection covering up to $10,000 in accidental reported damages during your stay. Specific amenities and features vary by property and are listed on each individual property page.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, pets are not permitted at any of our properties due to HOA rules and regulations. As dog owners ourselves, we know pets are part of the family and wish we could welcome your furry friends, but we’re required to follow the policies established by each community.
