Most Low Tide Retreats annual rentals require a 12-month lease, though lease terms may vary depending on the property.

Utility responsibilities vary by property. Details regarding water, electric, internet, lawn care, and other utilities will be outlined within each individual listing and lease agreement.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. Approved tenants are required to maintain renter’s insurance throughout the lease term for liability and personal property protection.

Pet policies vary by property and HOA regulations. Some homes may allow pets with approval and applicable fees, while others may have restrictions or may not permit pets at all.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests directly through their resident portal. Our on-staff maintenance team and trusted local vendors respond promptly to keep homes well-maintained throughout the lease term.
